Forming an LLC?
LLC formation packages are offered to our clients at a significant cost savings starting at a flat fee of $995, plus filing fees charged by the Texas Secretary of State’s Office. Each package includes a consultation with our firm, articles of organization which are filed with the Texas Secretary of State’s Office, a comprehensive operating agreement, and assistance obtaining an employer identification number with the Internal Revenue Service
